After recovering from breast cancer through morning vegetable-and-fruit meals and a higher share of natural foods in her diet, our founder leads a wellness life so more people can live healthier, more meaningful lives. Working as Recovery Designer Anna, she shares everyday health practices via YouTube, lectures, online community, social media, and open chat.
